Bruce L. Waller, a native of Richmond, VA, is an energetic community leader with a heart for cultivating & developing young minds and prompting diversity as a whole. He studied Applied Health Sciences in Virginia before finding his niche in direct marketing. He’s been an award winning team leader and trainer for some of the nations largest corporations (Verizon, AT&T, Direct TV). In Asheville, he’s worked with various schools and non-profits to inspire youth and bridge the gaps between cultures through music, dance and community outreach. Bruce has served as a member of the YMI’s Emerging Leader’s program and with the MLK Association of Asheville/Buncombe county as well as the American Red Cross. His focus is to serve the community with vigor and be an example of relevance and responsibility. Bruce also served his country as an Airborne Parachute Rigger under the GA National Guard becoming a well developed leader and role model for men. He is a product of good mentoring and coaching along the way. He now works for UnitedWay Asheville Buncombe County as a Resource coordinator at Asheville Middle School and continues to expand his endeavors to help better serve humanity, by giving strategy to build and empower.
